Class Overview
The Survivor is the default class you begin with in Survive Zombie Arena. It's a well-rounded kit that covers the basics but doesn't excel at any one thing. It's designed to teach new players the fundamental principles of choke-point creation and static defense.
Equipment & Abilities

Strengths
- Free to use - no credits required

Weaknesses
- Wooden barricades have low HP - they break quickly in late waves
- Low damage output compared to other classes
- No healing or support capabilities
- Equipment effectiveness drops significantly after Wave 10
Tips for Playing Survivor
- Learn choke points - Position at narrow areas where zombies must funnel through
- Don't invest in early turrets - Save credits for class upgrades instead
- Use landmines strategically - Place them at zombie spawn points or chokepoints
- Focus on survival - Your goal is to reach Wave 10+ with credits banked
When to Upgrade
The Survivor class is only viable through approximately Wave 10-15. After that, you'll need to transition to a more powerful class. We recommend purchasing the Marksman class (15,000 Credits) as your first upgrade for maximum damage output.
Recommended Next Class
The Marksman is the best first purchase. Its piercing shots and Frag Grenades dramatically increase your credit farming speed, allowing you to unlock more classes faster.
